I thoroughly enjoyed my 2 hour session, Sherrie was amazing, she explained the process, made sure I had something to drink, got me settled and even tucked me in with a warmed blanket!

I could immediately feel the energy moving through out my body, yet I had no problem relaxing deeply right away. Sherrie had said the process knows exactly where to work first and this I can confirm. We have had a lot of forest fire smoke lately which has bothered my sinuses, but as soon as I entered the room my sinuses cleared instantly.

Then I could feel a lot of activity around an upper tooth I've been having problems with, it even worked on my jaw. One day later I can say it has been cleared up completely. At one point I could feel it working on the right side of my head, my right knee then all the way down the left side of my body. I felt work being done on my stomach area and knew intuitively I had just let go of sadness that had been stored in that area.

At one point a large energetic shield was lifted off of my right shoulder and literally flew off to the screens at my left. I have had re-occurring issues with that right shoulder for years....feels great now! This was a very interesting experience, I can't wait to do this again!
